abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] Copolymer with ethylenically unsaturated monomer (M 1 ) having an epoxy group and radically polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated monomer (M 2 ), and carboxyl group An emulsion composition comprising two phases of a copolymer of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer (M 3 ) having a group and a radically polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated monomer (M 4 ). The composition contains 0.01 to 0.5 mol of a sulfonate ion and / or a sulfate ester ion with respect to 1 mol of an epoxy group. The composition ratio is 100 parts by weight of all ethylenically unsaturated monomers, 5 to 70 parts by weight of M 1 + M 2 (0.1 to 40 parts by weight of M 1 ) and 30 to 95 parts by weight of M 3 + M 4 (of which, M 3 0.1 to 40 parts by weight), and, M 1 / M 3 = 0.1~10 It is a molar ratio. [Effect] A composition which is a one-pack type and has a long pot life and which sufficiently cross-links even at room temperature during film formation is obtained.
