titleOfInvention Resin impregnated lightweight cellular concrete
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide lightweight cellular concrete with excellent carbonation resistance. [Structure] After drying the lightweight cellular concrete, the low-viscosity resin is impregnated into the lightweight cellular concrete, and the resin is polymerized or condensed by heating to fill the pores of 10 nm or more and 1 μm or less with the resin, but 500 μm Light-weight cellular concrete obtained without filling the above-mentioned cellular parts. [Effect] A resin-impregnated lightweight cellular concrete excellent in carbonation resistance can be obtained without impairing the lightweight property and the high heat insulating property.
