abstract | (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Structure] In a negative photosensitive composition containing a diazonium compound and a polymer compound, the polymer compound has a structural unit represented by the following general formula (I): A photosensitive composition which is a block copolymer composed of a component (A) and a polymer component (B) having a structural unit represented by the following general formula (II). (In the formula, R 1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, X 1 represents a single bond, an ester bond or an amide bond, and R 2 represents a C 1 to C 15 hydrocarbon group which may have a substituent.) (In the formula, R 3 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, X 2 is a single bond or a divalent linking group consisting of two or more kinds of atoms selected from C, H, N, O and S, and Z is —COOH. Etc., R 4 and R 5 are each a hydrogen atom or C 1 which may have a substituent. To C 15 hydrocarbon group, and R 6 represents a C 1 to C 15 hydrocarbon group which may have a substituent. [Effect] It is possible to provide a printing plate having excellent abrasion resistance of the exposed portion and good printing durability. |
