titleOfInvention | Lid material |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain an easy-to-open lid material capable of preventing the errosion due to oils and fats in a container by providing an easy-to-release layer to a plastic film layer and further providing an oil-resistant thermal adhesion layer thereon. n CONSTITUTION: An easy-to-release layer (II) composed of low crystalline copolyester A or a mixture of copolyester A and non-crystalline copolyester B is provided to the single surface of a support layer (I) composed of a plastic film and a thermal adhesion layer (III) formed of a copolymer C having thermal pressure-bonding properties consisting of a vinyl chloride unit, a vinyl acetate unit and a vinyl alcohol unit is further provided on the layer (II) to obtain an easy-openable material used in a plastic container thermally molded from a polycarbonate film. Herein, the easy-release layer achieves adhesive function bonding the support layer (I) of the plastic film and the polycarbonate surface of the container through the thermal adhesion layer (III). At the time of opening, the layer (II) is peeled off. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio |
