PURPOSE: To obtain a solid cosmetic containing a wax-like fluorine-containing polymer, a specific diglyceride and a paste-like oily agent, having resistance to physical abrasion and having water resistance and oil resistance. n CONSTITUTION: 1-20wt.% wax-like fluorine-containing polymer, 1-60wt.% duglyceride in which at least either one among fatty acid residues is ≥16C fatty acid residue, being solid at ambient temperature and 0.5-50wt.% paste-like oily agent are blended as essential ingredients. Nonvolatile oily agent, surfactant, humectant, antiseptic, antioxidant, perfume, etc., which conventionally are used, are blended as other ingredients therewith, and these ingredients are, as necessary, heat-blended. The cosmetic can be used for foundation, lip stick, eye liner, mascara, eyeflow, cheek rouge, etc., especially as an open-system cosmetic of stick type or pencil type. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio |
