titleOfInvention New curable polyphenylene ether resin composition and composite material and laminated material produced by using the same
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition having excellent film-forming property, chemical resistance after curing, etc., and suitable for flexible printed board, etc., by compounding a specific curable polyfunctional polyphenylene ether resin with specific amounts of triallyl isocyanurate and/or triallyl cyanurate. n CONSTITUTION: The objective composition is produced by compounding (A) 98-40wt.% of a curable polyphenylene ether resin expressed by formula I [m is 3-6; J' is polyphenylene ether chain of formula II (R 1 to R 4 are H, alkenyl of formula III (l is 5-20; R 5 and R 6 are H or methyl), etc.) ; Q' is H when m is 1 and Q' is 2- to 6-functional phenolic compound residue, etc., when m is 2-6] and having an average substitution ratio (defined by formula TV) of 0.1-100mol% and (B) 2-60wt.% of triallyl isocyanurate and/or triallyl cyanurate. A curable composite material is produced from the cured composition and a substrate and a laminate is produced by laminating the material with a metallic foil. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
