titleOfInvention Electrophotographic sensitive body, electrophoto-graphic device fitted with said sensitive body and facsimile
abstract PURPOSE: To improve the sensitivity of a sensitive body and the potential stability at the time of repeated use bye using a specified disazo pigment in the photosensitive layer. n CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive layer contg. a disazo pigment represented by general formula Ι is formed on an electrically conductive substrate to obtain a sensitive body. In the formula Ι, each of Ar 1 and Ar 2 is a carbocyclic or heterocyclic arom. group, each of X 1 and X 2 is S, sulfoxide, etc., each of R 1 and R 2 is H, alkyl, etc., and each of A 1 and A 2 is a residue of a coupler having phenolic OH. The photosensitive layer is composed preferably of at least an electric charge generating layer contg. the disazo pigment represented by the formula Ι and an electric charge transferring layer. A compd. having a group represented by formula Π as each of A 1 and A 2 in the formula Ι,-H as each of R 1 and R 2 ,-S- as each of X 1 and X 2 and -C 6 H 4 - as each of Ar 1 an Ar 2 may be used as the pigment represented by the formula Ι and a fluorene compd. may be used as an electric charge transferring material. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
