abstract | PURPOSE:To obtain excellent easily slidable properties possessing favorable cutting resistance and scratch resistance, by specifying a protrusion distribution defining evenness of a film surface. CONSTITUTION:A distribution curve of protrusions of a film surface formed of particles existing within polyester satisfies a formula (A) in a range where a height x (mum) is at least 0.05mum and a number of protrusions y (piece/mm<2>) are at least 30 pieces/mm<2> and a running friction coefficient rise (DELTAmuk) is less than 0.15. The protrusions are formed in the presence of 0.05-1.0wt.% alumina particles whose independent existing ratio within a film is at least 80% and mean particle diameter is 0.06-0.2mum, 0.01-1.0wt.% anatase type titanium oxide particles whose mean particle diameter is 0.1-0.5mum and 0.01-1.0wt.% other inert mineral particles or heat-resistant polymeric particles whose mean particle diameter is 0.3-1.5mum. In a formula -11.4x+4<logy<-10.0x+5...(A) x is a distance (mum) of a height direction from a reference level and y is a number of protrusions (piece/mm<2>) to be counted when cutting is performed by a height x. |
