titleOfInvention Solder sucking-up machine
abstract PURPOSE: To eliminate only solder of a necessary part by using a suction nozzle made of ceramics having high heat conductivity and high insulation. n CONSTITUTION: The solder sucking-up machine is constituted of a handle 1, a heater part 2 and the suction nozzle 3 which also serves as a heat transfer bar made of ceramics having high heat conductivity and high insulation and silicon carbide ceramics containing aluminum carbide or/and beryllium is used as ceramics of material of the suction nozzle 3. Consequently, although a heat transfer bar main body has high heat conductivity and transfers heat from the heater throughly, it is insulating material, hence a leak current is not generated and only the solder of the necessary part can be dissolved and eliminated. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
