titleOfInvention Antigen peptide
abstract NEW MATERIAL:A peptide having 33000 molecular weight, existing in the blood serum of a patient of hepatic cancer and capable of specifically combining with NM17 mouse monoclonal antibody (antibody produced from hybridoma of Bikokenkinki no.10280). n USE: A cancer serum antigen useful for serodiagnosis of cancer and capable of immunotherapy of cancer by immune of the above-mentioned peptide purified. n PREPARATION: To a serum of a patient of hepatic cancer, an equal quantity of ConA cephalose is initially added and glycoprotein ATM1-17 is adsorbed thereon followed by elution using methy1-D-mannopyranoside. The resultant purified ConA is subjected to gel filtration chromatography and the eluted ATM1-17 contained in a fraction of 700000-1200000 molecular weight is then subjected to the ion-exchange chromatography method and eluted by the NaCl concentration gradient method. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
