abstract PURPOSE: To carry out fine printing with solder without inconvenience by using a mixed solvent of a low boiling point solvent with a high boiling point solvent. n CONSTITUTION: A flux main solvent is constituted of flux and powder solder formed by mixing the low boiling point solvent having≤100°C boiling point with the high boiling point solvent having≥100°C boiling point.
