titleOfInvention | Stretched sheet having high low-temperature formability |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain the title sheet excellent in impact resistance, high-speed formability, low-temperature formability, etc., by selecting a stretched and oriented sheet made from a resin composition based on a mixture of a specified copolymer and a specified block copolymer in a specified mixing ratio. n CONSTITUTION: An at least unidirectionally stretched and oriented sheet made from a resin composition based on a mixture comprising at least one copolymer (A) comprising 97-20wt.% at least one monomer (X) selected from among styrene and its derivatives (e.g. styrene) and 3-80wt.% monomer comprising at least one aliphatic unsaturated carboxylic acid (derivative) and having a Vicat softening point of 90°C or below (e.g. ethyl acrylate) and at least one block copolymer (B) comprising 95-20wt.% monomer comprising X (e.g. styrene) and 5-80wt.% monomer comprising at least one conjugated diene (e.g. 1,3-butadiene) and having at least one copolymer block based on each monomer in a mixing ratio by weight in the range 0.05≤A/(A+B)≤0.99 is selected. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio |
