titleOfInvention Camera fitting structure in water-proof case for camera
abstract PURPOSE: To easily and securely attach/detach the camera by one easy step and to eliminate the play even when the pressing operation of the camera is performed from outside by fixing a pedestal to the main main body by utilizing a tripod fitting screw and inserting this pedestal into the engagement guide part of a half cabinet. n CONSTITUTION: When the video camera C is stored in the water-proof case 1, the pedestal 61 is fitted to the video camera C, and the camera fitting screw 65 is engaged threadably with the tripod fitting screw part and then clamped. Consequently, the pedestal 61 is fixed to the video camera C. The video camera C for which the pedestal 61 is fixed is fitted in a left-side cabinet 2 from the left flank side and the pedestal 61 is inserted and engaged with a reception plate part 67 and fixed, so that the video camera C is fixed to the left-side cabinet 2 through the pedestal 61. In this state, a right-side cabinet is fitted to the left-side cabinet 2 and both cabinets 2 and 3 are clamped and locked to produce a watertight state inside the cabinet, i.e. in the water-proof case 1, thereby protecting the video camera C against water. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
