titleOfInvention | Easy and quick gas chromatographic analyzing method of cyclic amino acid amine, serotonin and cholesterol in serum |
abstract | PURPOSE: To study the relation among the formation, absorption and containing amount of a substance not preferable to a living body in a blood by using a predetermined amount of carbon disulfide for a dilution of serum in which ammonium sulfate is saturated and from which protein is removed. n CONSTITUTION: Tyramine, histamine, tryptamine of cyclic amino acid amine produced in a body of a domestic animal or a man, and serotonin producing tryptophane which is essential amino acid and further cholesterol are analyzed from cyclic amino acid. At this time, powder of ammonium sulfate is added to the serum which is turned in the saturated state, and then separated by a centrifugal separator. As a result, a serum in which ammonium sulfate is saturated and from which protein is removed is obtained. The above five kinds of substances are extracted altogether from the serum by carbon disulfide which is not sensitive to a hydrogen flame ionization detector of gas chromatography so as to be offered as a liquid under test for chromatographic analysis. The extracted liquid is put into two kinds of columns of different fillers and, analyzed quickly in a simple manner by a hydrogen flame ionization detector. Accordingly, a minute quantity of the above five substances can be correctly analyzed with practically maximum accuracy. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio |
