titleOfInvention Production of aspirin dl-lysine injection
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain the subject injection excellent in preservation quality for a long period by replacing or filling the interior of a glass container filled with powder of aspirin DL-lysine and hermetically sealing the container. n CONSTITUTION: Powder or a freeze-dried composition of aspirin DL-lysine extensively used as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agent in the form of an injection for treating rheumatism, arthritis, neuralgia, myalgia, etc., is filled in a glass container and the interior thereof is then replaced or filled with an inert gas (e.g. dry nitrogen gas or dry argon gas) or hermetically stoppered in a vacuum. If magnesium chloride, calcium chloride or magnesium sulfate as a drying agent is contained in the aforementioned aspiring DL-lysine, preservation stability for a long period is further improved. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
