titleOfInvention Oil-in-water type emulsion cosmetic
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain oil-in-water type emulsion cosmetics having excellent close adhesion and water resistance by blending an epoxy resin fatty acid ester, nonpolar lubricant consisting of hydrocarbons and/or silicones and lubricant other that the nonpolar lubricant into an oil ingredient at specific amounts. n CONSTITUTION: 5-50 wt.% epoxy resin fatty acid ester, 10-70 wt.% nonpolar lubricant consisting of hydrocarbons and/or silicones, 25-85 wt.% lubricant (e.g. isopropyl myristate) other than the nonpolar lubricant are blended into an oil ingredient of oil-in water-type emulsion cosmetics and the content of the oil ingredient is controlled to 5-30 wt.% based on total amount of oil-in-water type emulsion cosmetics and the blend is prepared to provide the aimed product. The aimed product can be prepared in the form of milk lotion, cream, etc. The cosmetics have excellent stability and cosmetic retaining property and is free from change of viscosity by blend of each ingredient and have good using feeling and usability together. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
