abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a foam molded form with a skin, the structure of a mold thereof is simplified, a product of which after mold release is hardly deformed and which has an undercut section, by setting a skin material, in which a sag section is formed to a U-shaped opening section, to a specified mold, spreading the sag section of the opening section and releasing the mold. n CONSTITUTION: A skin sheet 1 previously vacuum-molded in a specified shape is charged to a divisible molding die 4, and expandable urethane 5 is injected into the cavity of a bulging section. Movable molds 4a, 4b, 4c are retreated after injection, a U-shaped opening section is spread, and the molds are released, Accordingly, a molded form with a skin, on the inside of which an undercut section 2 is formed, is acquired. An original shape is held by the restoring force of a sag section in the mold-released molded form.
