abstract | PURPOSE:To improve the durability and compactness by packing a specified filler into a bag made of a water-permeable (non)woven fabric. CONSTITUTION:From 90 to 95 pts.wt. of a material A consisting of alpha-gypsum or II-type anhydrous gypsum is mixed with 10-5 pts.wt. of the mixture of 30-40 pts.wt. of a material B consisting of 40-60 pts.wt. of MgCl2 and/or CaCl2, 5-10 pts.wt. of ligninsulfonate and 20-40 pts.wt. of dolomite plaster, 20-50 pts.wt. of a material C consisting of 20-40 pts.wt. of sodium silicofluoride, 5-10 pts.wt. of carboxymethylcellulose, 5-10 pts.wt. of a water repellent and 10-15 pts.wt. of zinc stearate, 10-20 pts.wt. of a material D consisting of 80-90 pts.wt. of Al2(SO4)3 and 20-10 pts.wt. of ferrous sulfate to obtain a filler. The filler is packed into a bag made of a water-permeable woven or nonwoven fabric to obtain a hydraulic member. The member is set in the desired ground, hence the water in soil or water or sprinkled water is absorbed, and the member is hardened. |
