| abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain a favorable outward appearance and color tone by making a joint part between a base part and an uneven part of the cut end continuous, by a method wherein a resin material is molded into a desired form by a casting method on necessary parts of the cut end part, surface and rear of a base, thence sticking a decorative sheet to a ligneous material and post painting. n CONSTITUTION: A decorative sheet 2 is laminated to a ligneous material 1 such as a particle board or a medium duty fiber sheet and a base 3 is formed. Then molding members 4, 4' of synthetic resin material are cast to necessary parts of the cut end, surface and rear of the base 3 and molded into a necessary form by making use of a casting mold. Various thermoplastic resin such as vinyl chloride, nylon and polypropylene other than polyurethane resin, epoxy resin and unsaturated polyester resin are used as the synthetic resin material.
