titleOfInvention Method and composition for determining d-glyceroaldehyde-3-phosphoric acid, inoganic phosphorus, or 1,3-diphosphoglyceric acid in high sensitivity
abstract PURPOSE: To simply determine the subject compound in high sensitivity and in high precision by employing a reagent comprising a glyceroaldehyde-3- phosphoric acid dehydrogenase and two kinds of specific coenzymes. n CONSTITUTION: A specimen containing D-glyceroaldehyde-3-phosphoric acid (GAP), inorganic phosphorus and 1,3-disphosphoglyceric acid (DGA) is treated with a reagent containing (A) a thionicotine amide adenine dinucleotide (phosphate) [thio NAD(P)] and NAD(P) as coenzymes and a GAP dehydrogenase catalyzing a reverse reaction producing DGA from GAP and the inorganic phosphorus, (B) the (thio) NAD(P), and (C) reduction type NAD(P) when the component B is the thio NAD(P), or reduction type thio NAD(P) when the component B is the NAD(P), to subject the specimen to a cyclic reaction of the reaction formula (A 1 , B 1 , A 2 and B 2 are each the reduction product of B 1 , C, A 1 and B 1 , respectively), followed by measuring the conversion of A 2 or B 1 . n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
