titleOfInvention Polyester carbonate-based polyurethane adhesive
abstract PURPOSE: To provide the title adhesive having both high flexibility and adhesive force even at lower temperatures after bonding, containing a polyurethane polyol prepared by reaction between a specific polyester carbonate polyol and an organic diisocyanate. n CONSTITUTION: The objective adhesive containing a polyurethane polyol 3000-70000 (pref. 10000-40000) in number-average molecular weight which can be obtained by reaction between (A) a polyester carbonate polyol 600-5000(pref. 700-3000) in number-average molecular weight made up of, as the main structural units, at least two kinds of units selected from those of formulas I-IV (R is divalent organic group; p is integer: 6-10) with the molar ratio (I+III)/(II+IV) of (90:10)-(20:80) along with the second molar ratio (III+IV)/(I+III) or (70:30)-(0:100), also with the respective units connected mutually through ester links or carbonate links and (B) an organic diisocyanate. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
