PURPOSE: To provide the subject drug containing δ-opioid antagonist as the active component, having inhibitory effect on airpassage hypersensitive accentuation and low in toxicity. n CONSTITUTION: δ-Opioid antagonist or its pharmaceutically permissible salt expressed preferably by formula I [R 1 is 1-5C alkyl, 3-6C cycloalkylalkyl, 5-7C cycloalkenylalkyl, aryl, aralkyl, 4-5C transalkenyl, allyl or furan-2-ylalkyl; R 2 is H, OH or 1-5C alkanoyloxy; R 3 is 1-5C alkyl or 1-5C alkanoyl; X is O, S or NY (Y is H or 1-5C alkyl); R 4 and R 5 are H, F, Cl, Br, NH 2 , NO 2 , 1-5C alkyl, 1-5C alkoxy or condensed to form benzo], e.g. naltrindole of formula II, naltrebenzofuran of formula III or naloxyindole of formula IV is contained as the active component. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio |
