abstract | PURPOSE: To improve flame retardancy, heat resistance etc., by providing an ultraviolet-absorbing agent-contg. acrylic resin coating layer on a flame-retardant resin layer consisting of a post-chlorinated vinyl chloride resin, a vinyl chloride resin, an acrylic copolymer and an ultraviolet-absorbing agent. n CONSTITUTION: A flame-retardant resin layer is formed by compounding 95-50 pts.wt. post-chlorinated vinyl chloride resin with a degree of polymn. before chlorination of 500-800 and a chlorine content of 60-68wt.%, 20 pts.wt. or less vinyl chloride resin which is a vinyl chloride homopolymer or a vinyl chloride copolymer consisting of 80wt.% or more vinyl chloride with a degree of polymn. of 400-1,100, 50-5 pts.wt. acrylic copolymer contg. 3wt.% six-membered imide unit of the formula I (wherein R is a hydrogen atom etc.) and with a specified reduced viscosity and 0.1-0.5 pt.wt. benzotriazole-type ultraviolet-absorbing agent.
