abstract | PURPOSE:To provide an aqueous polyester dispersion which can form an easily bondable coating film excellent in heat resistance, water resistance and blocking resistance, and an easily bondable polyester film coated therewith. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous polyester dispersion in which particles are uniformly and stably dispersed can be easily prepared by using a copolyester having a specified composition, namely a copolyester having an acid component comprising 80-94mol% terephthalic acid, 5-19.9mol% isophthalic acid and 0.1-5mol% metal sulfonate group-containing aromatic dicarboxylic acid, and a glycol component substantially consisting of hexamethylene glycol. An easily bondable polyester film excellent in heat, water and blocking resistances can be easily obtained by coating a polyester film with this dispersion. |
