abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a new compound excellent in the inhibitory action on tumor. n CONSTITUTION: A compound shown by formula I [R 1 and R 3 are lower alkyl, lower cycloalkyl or is bonded to adjoining nitrogen to form heterocyclic ring; R 3 is H, OH, R 5 COO, OPO(OH) 2 (R 5 is lower alkyl, lower cycloalkyl or substituted aryl; R 6 is lower alkyl or lower alkylcarbonyl); R is lower alkyl or lower cycloalkyl; Ar is 3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl] such as 1-[4-(3- dimethylamino-2-hydroxypropoxy)phenyl]-1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-(3,4- methylenedioxyphenyl)-1-butene. The compound shown by formula I is obtained by reacting a compound shown by formula II with a compound shown by formula III in a medium containing a reducing titanium compound to give a compound, reacting this compound with an oxysilane derivative to give a compound shown by formula IV and reacting this compound with a proper amine compound. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
