titleOfInvention Laminated film
abstract PURPOSE: To provide a laminated film withstanding a high temp. and high humidity condition for a long time and made hard to lower in bonding force, in a laminated film consisting of a chlorotrifluoroethylene resin layer, a primer layer and a hot-melt adhesive layer, by adding a cobalt type curing agent- containing phenolic adhesive to the primer layer of said film. n CONSTITUTION: Low temp. plasma treatment is applied to one surface of a chlorotrifluoroethylene resin film and a primer layer containing a cobalt type curing agent-containing phenolic adhesive is provided to the single surface thereof. The adhesive used herein is prepared by adding a cobalt ammine complex ion to a mixture of a phenol novolac epoxy resin and a saturated polyester elastomer as a metal catalyst. Since the base resin film loses transparency gradually at above 150°C, as the hot-melt adhesive, for example, one heat-fusible at 150°C or lower composed of an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer or an ethylene/ethyl acrylate resin is used. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
