titleOfInvention Integral foam molding method of skin
abstract PURPOSE:To improve soft feeling, by a method wherein a resin formed sheet of an isolated cell which has different hardness from that of an urethane pad to be molded or a resin foamed sheet of an open cell to the rear of which a resin film is stuck beforehand is stuck beforehand to a fixed part of the surface of a slab foam, into which an urethan solution is cast and foam-molded. CONSTITUTION:A resin foamed sheet 12 of an insolated cell or an open cell, which has the same hardness as that of an urethane pad to be molded or lower hardness than that is stuck beforehand to a fixed parts of the surface of a slab foam 3 of a skin material obtained by laminating the slab foam 3 to the rear of a fabric skin 2 and sewn in a baggy state. Then the skin material 2 is charged within a foaming mold 9, into which an urethane solution 10 is cast and foam-molded.
