abstract PURPOSE:To utilize a foaming agent with a low boiling point as a foaming agent for foam heat insulation materials, and to make the form of a cell uniform. CONSTITUTION:A case body 1 is formed in which a space 2 for filling a foam heat insulation material is constructed in its inner part. An injection hole 3 is formed in the approximately central part of a side wall 1A of the case body 1. Four discharge holes 6 are made in both end parts of the case body 1. A baffle plate 7 is provided in confrontation with the injection hole 3 at the position of the approximately central part within the space 2. The baffle plate 7 is provided with barrier wall parts 8 and a passage part 9. HCFC-22 is employed as the foaming agent of an insulation material 4. A foaming heat insulation raw liquid 4 is injected into the space 2 and then a part of the raw liquid 4 is made to collide with the barrier walls 8 and other part thereof is made to pass through the opposite side of the baffle plate 7 from the passage part 9.
