PURPOSE: To provide the subject composition excellent in weather resistance, hydrolysis resistance, etc., and useful for coatings, printing inks, etc., which comprises a specific urethane acrylate resin, a non-aromatic cycle crosslinking agent and a photo-sensitizer. n CONSTITUTION: The objective composition comprises (A) 10-90 pts.wt. of an urethane acrylate resin produced by addition-reacting (ii) (ii-1) a mixture of an aliphatic or alicyclic polyisocyanate and an active hydrogen compound having a polymerizable unsaturated group or (ii-2) a monofunctional isocyanate compound having a polymerizable unsaturated group in the molecule to (i) a polyester produced from an acid component comprising 100mol.% of an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and an alcohol component comprising 60-100mol.% of a side chain-having aliphatic diol and/or alicyclic diol and 40-0mol.% of a trihydric or more aliphatic alcohol.
