titleOfInvention Novel coupler for photography
abstract PURPOSE: To enable formation of cyan dye picture images which cause no changes in hue against heat, humidity, or light by using a specified compd. n CONSTITUTION: A compd. expressed by formula I is used. In formula, R 1 , R 2 , and Y are hydrogen atom or substd. groups, Z is a nonmetal atomic group necessary to form a 5-7-member ring of heterocyclic compd., and this 5-7-member ring may have a substd. group. X is hydrogen atom or substd. group which detaches by the reaction with oxidized material in the color developing agent. The substd. group of R 1 is not limited, and for example, groups of alkyl, aryl, anylino, etc., are used. As for the substd. group of R 2 , any group can be used as far as it can be replaced by nitrogen atom. The hetero atoms in the 5-7-member heterocycle relating to Z, nitrogen, sulfur, and oxygen atoms are preferable. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
