PURPOSE: To obtain the subject coated pharmaceutical preparation capable of reducing bitter taste in the mouth by granulating a medical compound together with a waxy substance and a water-swelling material by the dry method without using water or an organic solvent, heat treating it and temporar ily retarding elusion of the medical compound easy to decompose or denaturate by a solvent such as water or an organic solvent. n CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical preparation obtained by granulating a mixture containing ≤ about 40wt.% medical compound, especially a compound having one or both of uncomfortable taste and low solvent resistance, about 10-50wt.% waxy substance and about 5-35wt.% water-swelling material by the dry method and subsequently heat treating it so as to coat, at least, the surface thereof with the waxy substance. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio |
