titleOfInvention | Wet-process for producing polyurethane synthetic leather |
abstract | PURPOSE: To provide a process for easily producing a three-dimensional formed article made of a porous polyurethane resin film while suppressing remarkable deformation without using a supporting material such as base cloth. n CONSTITUTION: A solution produced by dissolving Sanprene LQ-660 (a product of Sanyo Chemical Industries Co., Ltd.) in dimethylformamide at a concentration of 24% (in terms of solid component) is applied to the surface of a porous sintered SUS mold having a prescribed form and the mold is immersed in a coagulation liquid composed of 10% aqueous solution of dimethylformamide at 30°C to effect the dissolution of the solvent from the polyurethane resin solution membrane and the coagulation of the polyurethane resin solution membrane to form a porous polyurethane resin film with the coagulation liquid. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio |
