PURPOSE: To prevent the delamination in molding and improve heat resistance, dimensional stability, moldability, oil resistance, etc., by compounding a mixture of a polyarylene sulfide resin with a specific resin with a multiphase-structured thermoplastic resin. n CONSTITUTION: 1-99wt.% polyarylene sulfide resin is mixed with 99-1wt.% resin which is selected from the group consisting of a polycarbonate resin, a polyphenylene ether resin, and an ABS resin and has a number-average mol.wt. of 15,000-80,000. Then, 100 pts.wt. the resulting mixture is compounded with 0.1-100 pts.wt. multiphase-structured thermoplastic resin which comprises a graft polymer consisting of 5-95wt.% epoxidized olefin copolymer and 95-5wt.% vinylic (co)polymer and in which one (co)polymer forms a dispersed phase having αparticle diameter of 0.001-10μm in the other (co)polymer. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio |
