abstract PURPOSE: To readily produce an emulsion product having small average particle diameter and excellent stability by collectively feeding the whole amount of a specific organopolysiloxane, an emulsifying agent and water, followed by emulsifying. n CONSTITUTION: All the amounts of (A) 100 pts.wt. organopolysiloxane shown by the formula [Q is R 3 -O(C x H 2x O) y A (A is H, acryl or monofunctional hydrocatbon; R 3 is bifunctional hydrocarbon; X is 2-4; (y) is 3-100); R 1 is 1-20C hydrocarbon or 1-20C alkoxy; R 2 is amino group-containing hydrocarbon, etc,; 0.001≤a≤0.2; 1.6≤b≤2.0; 0.001≤c≤0.2; 1.8≤a+b+c≤2.1], (B) 5-100 pts.wt. emulsifying agent and (C) 20-1,000 pts.wt. water are collectively fed and emulsified.
