PURPOSE: To enable a high-sensitive real time detection while carrying out gel electrophoretic separation by labeling DNA or a protein with a fluorescent substance. n CONSTITUTION: Texas Red or its analogue is used as a fluorescent substance and Yellow He-Ne (594nm) laser is used as an excitation light source.
