abstract |
PURPOSE: To enhance photosensitivity by incorporating a hexarylbisimidazole compound and/or a p-dialkylaminopphenylcarbonyl compound and the borate anion coinitiator in a photoinitiator system. n CONSTITUTION: This photopolymerizable composition comprises an ethylenically unsaturated monomer capable of free radical polymerization, and the photoinitiator system activatable by active rays, composed of the hexarylbisimidazole compound and the p-aminophenylcarbonyl compound represented by formula and the borate anion coinitiator represented by the following formula: BX 1 X 2 X 3 X 4 , and in both formulae, each of R 1 and R 2 is an H atom or an 1-6C alkyl group; each of R 3 and R 4 is an H atom or R 1 +R 3 forms -(CH 2 ) 2 - or the like and R 2 +R 4 forms -(CH 2 ) 3 -; R 5 represents an H atom or a 1-6C alkyl group or the like; and each of X 1 -X 4 is an alkyl, aryl, or aralkyl group or the like. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO |
