titleOfInvention Plating method to ceramic base body
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain an electroless gold-plated film without a swelling and a discoloration by a method wherein an electroless gold plating solution, to which an aliphatic polyhydric alcohol and the like or dielectrics consisting of these compounds are individually or mixedly added, is used as a stabilizer. n CONSTITUTION: An aliphatic polyhydric alcohol, an aliphatic unsaturated alcohol, an aliphatic unsaturated polyhydric alcohol and an aliphatic unsaturated carboxylic acid or dielectrics consisting of these compounds stabilize an electroless gold plating solution and inhibit the solution from decomposing. That is, even if an electroless gold plating is applied to the upper part of a nickel base, the function to be fulfilled as the electroless gold plating solution is maintained and the prolongation of the life of the solution is contrived. This is because even in the case a thin film is formed on an exposed nickel film and a substituted gold-plated film is previously formed, porous holes are filled and nickel is prevented from being eluted by this filling. Thereby, an electroless gold-plated film of good quality can be formed. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
