abstract |
PURPOSE:To prevent the corrosion of corrosive metallic materials in a porous aggregate and the deterioration of an inorganic cured product by adding a rust preventive or alkali metal salt to the porous aggregate and coating the aggregate with a cement. CONSTITUTION:A porous aggregate (e.g. natural zeolite) having particles of 5-0.06mm, an air-dried bulk density of 1.5-0.1 and water absorbability of 500-15wt.% is coated with the aqueous solution of an anticorrosive agent (e.g. calcium nitrite) or an alkali metal salt (e.g. lithium silicate) and subsequently dried with air to provide the subject cured/granulated aggregate whose surface is coated with the cement (e.g. Portland cement). |
