titleOfInvention Antistatic polyester fabric excellent in abrasion resistance
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain an antistatic polyester fabric which is a polyester fabric, subjected to weight reduction treatment with an alkali ≥10% at weight reduction ratio, having antistatic performance excellent in durability and improved in abrasion resistance without any whitening defects by weight reduction under pressure. n CONSTITUTION: An antistatic polyester fabric is constructed from a sheathcore type polyester conjugate fiber subjected to weight reduction with an alkali to ≥10% at 5-18% area conjugate ratio of a core part and 2-10/μm thickness of the sheath part. In the aforementioned antistatic polyester fabric, the relation among contents (C 1 and C 2 ) of a polyoxyalkylene glycol and an organic metallic salt in the core part and cross-sectional outer perimetric lengths (L 0 and L 1 ) of the sheath and core parts satisfies the following formula. 2.2≤(C 1 +C 2 )×(L 1 /L 0 )0.5≤5.0. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
