abstract PURPOSE: To obtain readily thermally meltable thermoplastic urethane resin powder hardly causing blocking. n CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic urethane resin powder composition is obtained by adding (B) an inorganic anti-blocking agent such as fine silica powder having ≤20μm particle diameter to (A) a suspension polymer derived from (1) a urethane prepolymer, derived from (a) a polyol such as polycaprolactonediol and (b) a polyisocyanate such as isophorone diisocyanate and having isocyanate groups at the terminals, (2) a urethane resin-based dispersing agent derived from (a') a polyol such as the polycaprolactonediol, (b') a polyisocyanate such as the isophorone diisocyanate, (c) an active hydrogen-containing polybutadiene derivative such as hydrogenated polybutadiene glycol and (d) a chain extender such as 1,4-butylene glycol and (3) a low-molecular polyamine such as 1,4- diaminocyclohexane. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
