abstract PURPOSE: To enable a manufacturing method of a low cost, a short time, and a simple way, by making a specific mixing ratio of lathanum calcium chromite powder into a slurry, and coating it on a fuel electrode at the part except a solid electrolyte part, and baking it. n CONSTITUTION: On a porous basic body tube 1, a nickel zirconia cermet as a fuel electrode 2 is attached in a striped form by a plasma flame coating. Then, after masking the part an interconnector 4 is formed, with a plate, so as to prevent to connect a zirconia electrolyte membrane 3 on the alumina membrane 7 on the electrode 2 and the tube 1, the membrane 3 is formed by a low pressure flame coating. Then, the membrane 4 is produced by using a slurry of a lanthanum chromite. Then a masking is applied on the membrane 3, for example, the slurry is spread thereover, and it is scratched off up to a specific thickness. And it is baked for five hours at 1300°C, for example, or at 1400°C without holding time, in the air, so as to form the interconnector 4. Consequently, no lanthanum oxide is generated, and the chemical stability and the electron conductivity can be improved. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
