PURPOSE: To provide crystal of a cephalosporin compound alkali metal salt having high flowability and excellent filling performance into vial. n CONSTITUTION: A supersaturated aqueous solution of a cephalosporin compound alkali metal salt is produced in the crystallization process of the cephalosporin compound alkali metal salt.
