abstract | PURPOSE: To ameliorate the extent of extruding workability and improve the productivity by combining an epoxy-radical content cross linking compound in a specific copolymer composition, while using a specified vulcanizing chemical, in a rubber hose consisting of an acrylic rubber vulcanizate of the specific copolymer composition. n CONSTITUTION: When it is applied to an engine oil hose which forms an inner surface rubber layer 1 with a specific acrylic rubber material, forming a reinforced layer 3 with a polyester fiber, and further forms an outer surface rubber layer 5 with chloroprene rubber, this specific acrylic rubber material should be such one that is made up of combining ethylene and acrylic ester together as a main ingredient of copolymer composition. In this constitution, an epoxy- radical cross linking compound is combined as much as 0.12-0.30wt.% in this copolymer composition, while a combined system between isocyanuric acid and quaternary ammonium salt is used as a vulcanizing chemical in a rubber vulcanizate. In addition, glycidyl methacrylate or glycidyl acrylate is used as the epoxy-radical content cross linking compound. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio |
