PURPOSE: To obtain the subject oiling agent, consisting essentially of a specific aliphatic monohydric alcohol ester and partial ester of a polyhydric alcohol and further containing a specified component together, excellent in yarn manufacturing efficiency in producing fiber and suitable for providing fiber excellent also in weaving efficiency in sizing and weaving. n CONSTITUTION: An oiling agent, containing (A) 20-75wt.% aliphatic monohydric alcohol ester which is a liquid at ordinary temperature and has 550-750 molecular weight and (B) 5-15wt.% partial ester of a polyhydric alcohol which is a liquid at ordinary temperature and has one or more hydroxyl groups in the molecule and 550-750 molecular weight and simultaneously improved in heat and desizing resistance and lubricity. Furthermore, (C) an organic amine expressed by the formula [R 1 is 8-22C alkyl; R 2 and R 3 are H or 1-5C alkyl; A is 2-4C alkylene; n and m are as follows; (m+n) is 0-10] and (D) a partial phosphoric acid ester selected from 8-22C higher alcohols, phenol having 8-22C alkyl and alkylene oxide adducts thereof and/or 8-22C fatty acids, as necessary, are contained therein. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio |
