titleOfInvention Semiconductor integrated circuit
abstract PURPOSE: To facilitate the preparation of a test program with a shorter testing time by arranging a test terminal and a T type flip flop having a logic signal of the test terminal connected to a clock input and a switching circuit. n CONSTITUTION: Input terminals 2, 3 and 4, output terminals 6 and 7 and an inputoutput terminal 8 are connected to an internal logic circuit 9 through input buffers 10-12, output buffers 21, 22 and 24 and input buffer 23 respectively. A test terminal 5 is provided and a T type flip flop 19 having a signal of the test terminal 5 as clock input is provided. With a signal of the test terminal 5, an output of the T type flip flop 19 and an output of the internal logic circuit 9 as input a switching circuit 25 is provided to produce outputs to inputs of output buffers 21, 22 and 24. This enables the setting of states of all output terminals in a very short test pattern simply by adding a small circuit, such as the test terminal, T type flip flop and switching circuit thereby achieving an execution of a test very efficiently. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
