abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain the subject uncolored polymer useful as coatings, etc., by reacting a blocked isocyanate compound blocked with an oxime compound with an active hydrogen-containing organic compound in the presence of a phosphite compound, a phosphate compound, etc. n CONSTITUTION: A blocked isocyanate compound (e.g. hexamethylene diisocyanate-methyl ethyl ketone oxime) blocked with an oxime compound is reacted with an active hydrogen-containing organic compound (e.g. a polyester polyol) by adding one or more compounds such as phosphite compounds and/or phosphate compounds, organotin compounds expressed by formula I (R 1 is 1-12C alkyl, aryl, etc.; R 2 is H, 1-12C alkyl, alkenyl, etc.; X and Y are OCOR 2 , OH, halogen, etc.), metal carboxylates expressed by formula II (R has the same meaning as that of R 2 ); M is Co, Nu, etc.; q is 0 or 1), metal thiocarbamates expressed by formula III (R 5 has the same meaning as that of R 2 ; r is 0 or 1) and diketone metallic complexes to afford the objective polymer. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio |
