PURPOSE: To obtain a dosage form capable of releasing a useful agent to a biological use environment for a long period of time while hardly or not completely leaving an undesirable residue at all. n CONSTITUTION: This bioerodible dosage form of control release comprises a polymer obtained by condensing a useful agent containing two or more hydroxyl functional groups with a diketene acetal or a divinyl ether and releases the useful agent to a use organism environment.
