titleOfInvention Optically activity alpha-fluoroacrylamide and its production, polymerization of optically activity polymer, and its use for racemic division
abstract PURPOSE: To provide a new optically active α-fluoracrylamide having extremely good optical division of racemic modification, and useful as material of optical activity polymer usable as adsorbent for chromatographic separation racemic modification. n CONSTITUTION: The optically active α-fluoroacylamide of formula I, for example, N-fluoroacryloyl-(S)-cyclohexyl ethylamine is produced by allowing optical activity amine of formula II or its acid addition salt to react with the compound of formula III (Y is F, Cl, Br) in an inert solvent in the presence of appropriate acid bonding agent. The optical activity polymer containing at least 40mol% of structural unit of formula IV obtained by polymerizing or copolymerizing this compound can be used as the adsorbent. In the formula I, R 1 is phenyl, naphthyl, pyridyl, which may have substituent of a halogen, etc., 3-10C cycloalkyl; R 2 is an alkyl of <8C and which many have substituent of a halogen, etc., cycloalkyl of <8C and cyclicgroup of terphenyl formed togeter with R 1 , R 2 . n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO
