titleOfInvention Fluorinated polyquinoxaline, preparation thereof from fluorinated tertaamine aromatic and application thereof
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a fluorinated polyquinoxaline excellent in solubility, dielectric, heat stability and useful for insulating materials by reacting bis-(diaminophenyl)-hexafluoropropane with a specific bis-(α-diketone)aromatic compound. n CONSTITUTION: 2,2-Bis-(3,4-diaminophenyl)-hexafluoropropane and at least one bis-(α-diketone)aromatic compound represented by formula I (wherein Ar is 1,3-phenylene, 1,4-phenylene) (as the ratio to be used, preferably the molar ratio of the ketone to the amine is 1/1 to 1.1/1) are reacted in an organic solvent such as m-cresol at 0-120°C to obtain the desired compound having 2-100 repeating units of formula II. Further, this compound are useful for forming dielectric layers having a low dielectric constant. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO
