titleOfInvention Molding method for fiber reinforced resin
abstract PURPOSE:To carry out setting easily and securely by adhering or sticking a magic tape on the desired site of a top force and press retaining a mat-shaped reinforcing fiber to the magic tape. CONSTITUTION:Reinforcing glass fiber 2A formed into the mat shape is pressed to a magic tape 5 installed in a top force 1, and an engaging section of a standing piece of the magic tape 5 is engaged with in the glass fiber and installed thereon. Then the magic tape 5 is adhered or stuck on the upper face of a foaming material 3 for a core mold, and said tape is pressed to the lower face of the reinforcing glass fiber 2A installed on the top force 1 and set and retained on the reinforcing glass fiber 2A by the similar application of the magic tape 5. Then a reinforcing glass fiber 2B is placed on a bottom force 4 and set thereon. When the top and bottom forces are mold clamped and molten resin (resin + calcium carbonate) is injected therein, the molten resin is infiltrated into the reinforcing fibers 2A and 2B, and simultaneously resin layers are formed on the peripheries of said fibers and also the periphery of a foaming material 3 to mold a resin reinforced resin molded product.
